Work Experience

since 08/2025 Founder, Full-Stack Developer
Hut Finder App, Wiesau, Germany
  • Founded and independently built a website for searching mountain huts and planning hut-to-hut tours across the Alpine region
  • Reached 30 registered users and 300 visitors/month within 6 months of launch
  • Built the frontend in Vue.js and the server side in Nuxt, with a MySQL database; developed the frontend UI for account creation and interactive hut-to-hut route planning using Leaflet
  • Developed a custom branded design using custom Vue.js components and Nuxt UI
  • Built AI workflows using N8N, AI agents, and web search tools to gather hut information from across the internet, in multiple languages, into a single database
  • Integrated an open-source map of Europe, the Overpass query engine, and the GraphHopper route engine to build access routes to huts and locate marked trails between them
  • Sourced live hut data and availability from public APIs, so all listed huts and routes reflect current, real availability
  • SEO'd the website to improve search engine ranking; 33% of visitors currently arrive via ChatGPT, indicating strong AI-search visibility
  • Ran digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and local newspapers, producing flyers, social media posts, articles, and videos
  • Featured in regional press coverage, including a university alumni magazine and local newspapers
since 09/2025 Founder, Full-Stack Developer
Grafy CAD, Bayreuth, Germany
  • Founded and independently built a web-based node editor for creating configurable 3D models (home interior and machinery products) using signed distance field (SDF) modeling, rendered instantly in-browser
  • Implemented SDF-based geometric operations as a composable node workflow, allowing users to combine primitives into complex, parametric 3D models
  • Built the frontend in Vue.js and backend in Node.js/Express
  • Built a user platform for creating, saving, publishing, and exporting models as STL files
  • Implemented subscription-based payments and an email notification system
01/2024 – 06/2025 Master Thesis Student
SAP Signavio, Bayreuth, Germany
  • Conducted a research on a thesis topic for process mining in software engineering
  • Extracted and analyzed GitHub repository events from large codebases using Python data workflows and Fluxicon Disco tool to find meaningful insights and create a software engineering process diagram
  • Wrote a 32 pages paper and was overall graded as 2.5 for my thesis work
09/2021 – 07/2025 Full-Stack Software Developer
Cognitive Dynamics (ex. 2112 Innovation Lab), London, UK
  • Built a custom cost estimator using proprietary algorithms in JavaScript to instantly calculate 3D-printing costs for fixed sets of home interior products, cutting quote generation time from the industry-standard 1–3 minutes to real-time
  • Ported a legacy C++ 3D-printing slicer to run in-browser via WebAssembly, enabling the real-time cost estimation above
  • Built a database/backend component cataloging partner manufacturers' resources (materials, colors, and other specs)
  • Developed a manufacturer-facing UI for managing available resources, synced in real time with the customer-facing app so users could only select in-stock configurations
  • Mentored an intern through onboarding, bringing them to full productivity within one month
  • Used Three.js to enable 3D graphics in web browser
09/2020 – 09/2021 Software Engineer Intern
C3D Labs, Moscow, Russia
  • Ported a legacy C++ desktop rendering/graphics pipeline to the web using WebAssembly, as part of a 2–4 person team, enabling the application to run in-browser without a native install
  • Built a Vue.js frontend for interactive rendering and manipulation of 3D models in the browser
  • Developed a Go backend service to load, parse, and process user-uploaded CAD models
  • Implemented a custom GLSL shader parser in C++

Education

09/2021 – 08/2025Computer Science/M.S.
University of Bayreuth, Bayreuth
09/2017 – 09/2021Applied Computer Science in Mechanical Engineering/B.S.
Moscow Polytechnic University, Moscow

Achievements

2021 UMNIK Grant Winner – 500,000 RUB
FASIE (Russian Innovation Promotion Fund)

Awarded a competitive national R&D grant supporting young scientists commercializing innovative research in engineering design. Selected from a large applicant pool through a multi-stage evaluation of scientific merit and commercial viability. The goal was to research how modern web technologies can advance the creation of engineering computer-aided design through building a PDM system that would work on a web browser.

2020 Forge Research Grant – $3000
Autodesk

Awarded for developing an application on the Autodesk Forge platform that generates interactive 3D technical manuals; the project originated as a first-place hackathon prototype.

Interests

Alpine hiking and hiking / tour planning with Bayreuth Mountain Club, open-water swimming in local lakes, street photography, continuous self-development through reflection and reading (currently: digital marketing fundamentals).
